Endless Development has recently expanded into the Phoenix area and is hiring an Entry Level Client Manager! Our list of clients has grown exponentially this year, and we are expanding our local team to keep up with demand. We have one goal in mind, to build our clients' consumer base and expand their brand reputation into new markets across the state. We are seeking a candidate with the ability to think outside the box, a drive for career advancement, and a desire to be a part of an impactful, growing team invested in each other. This is where our Client Management Team comes in!

Full-Time Entry-Level Client Manager Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers through proactive communication and targeted interactions aimed at increasing revenue generation
• Act as the key confidant between our clients and customers representing our brand in a professional and appropriate manner at all times
• Understand and apply the sales strategy and promote the value proposition for our client’s products and execute Market Growth Programs.
• Communicate directly with the clients and our customers on services delivered expanding on the advantages and closing donor opportunities
• Complete all transactions accurately and efficiently maintaining client confidentiality
• Follow all client guidelines and regulations while interacting with customers to ensure a positive and engaging experience
• Attend and participate in virtual networking calls to expand client relationships and long term knowledge
• Learn new strategies pertaining to service promotions, maintain the goals of the office, and work closely in a team environment

Full-Time Client Manager Qualifications:

• A background in Client Acquisition, Customer Service, or Communications
• A degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing is preferred but not required
• A High School diploma or equivalent
• An outgoing, energetic, and determined demeanor when interacting with others
• An undeniable drive for success and professional advancement in a lucrative industry
• A knack for relating to a multitude of personalities and developing a sense of comfort with new customers
• A reliable and self-sufficient personality
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A desire to grow within our organization is a plus!
